Our founder brings a background shaped by military service, university security, multi housing involvement and more than two decades of customer support and leadership. This experience guides our focus on accountability, professionalism and protection you can rely on.

Bravo Elite Security Team is built on a foundation of service, discipline and a commitment to protecting what matters most. Our founder was born and raised in New York City and moved to Arizona in 1993. His career in security began in 1998 at the Arizona State University stadium while attending ASU, where he earned a B.S. in Global Business. What started as a part time role became a long term path that led through positions as a guard, a manager and eventually a sales director in the security industry.
In the industry since 2020, he has listened closely to the concerns of property managers. One of the most common issues is that residents rarely see security on site. This shaped his commitment to providing true security and service, not just a uniform walking through checkpoints. Visibility, communication and accountability are the standards that guide B.E.S.T.
After graduating from ASU, he joined the United States Army as an 11 Bravo Infantry soldier and became Combat Life Saver certified. As an Airborne Infantry Veteran, he brings attention to detail, punctuality and a strong sense of integrity to every aspect of the company.
Following his military service, he worked for Grand Canyon University and Chamberlain University, helping Veterans pursue their degrees. During that time, he continued to work security in the evenings and also earned his MBA. With more than 25 years in sales and customer service, he understands how to support clients, build relationships and deliver consistent results. He is bilingual and has a strong passion for serving others.
He was introduced to the multi-housing industry during the end of 2019 and quickly found his purpose in this field. Today, he volunteers with two Arizona Multi-housing Association committees, is an active member of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce and gives back to his community by coaching youth football at his local church.
